Investor appetite for risk has always been varied and although there may be little appetite for investing in the current soft market, we have conservative schemes that appeal to even the most sated investor.

We have never relied on yield compression to show us a profit.  There has to be scope for adding value for us to be interested in an opportunity.  It could be as simple as buying something substantially below market value or as complicated as a brownfield development in a culturally sensitive part of town.

When working with investors we always consider them to be partners and as such, they can be as involved or hands-off as they like.  Investor expertise and opinion is welcomed.  Rather than simply pitching ideas at each other, we discuss them with you to come up with something that really works for both of us.

Traditionally, investment is discussed in the context of a tabled scheme, but we can also turn that around by taking your investment criteria and creating a scheme from scratch tailor made to your requirements.  It’s your call.
