EXTREMUS is a highly opportunistic property company poised to take advantage of the current soft market.  Our acquisitions are typically executed off-market and we target property that is either significantly undervalued or predisposed to having its value enhanced – preferably both.

EXTREMUS is interested in both trading property for profit and holding for yield.  We find this two-tiered approach gives us the best balance between cashflow and profit.

Our approach to procurement has been described as “innovative”.  If we see real property not reaching its full potential, we go after it with extreme prejudice.

EXTREMUS is headed up by Mark Styler who has extensive experience of the retail sector and cutthroat courier industry, which he now applies to the property industry.  Mark is particularly adept at seeking out new contacts and forging productive relationships.  He also has a special talent for finding the best deals in town where others do not think to look.
